Oh my God! Just before I left for my summer visit to my grandparents house for a few days, I figured I'd have to use what I had of fresh food in the fridge before I left. The result was a pasta dish with orreciete (the pasta), flat leaf parsley, red sweet peppers, garlic, a touch of red peppers, olive oil, slightly fried tuna and salt and pepper. A simple dish that took me about fifteen minutes to prepare and one that impressed me with it's excellent balance. If all dishes I made turned out this good I'd be a master chef.
